Kayaking down the stream of a wild river, camping on the banks; exploring the mountains of Kirghizstan horseback; bathing in the hot pools of Landmannalaugar in Iceland; peering into the darkness of the sky or making a drone fly to bring back to you observations of the local fauna… this is what you might do this summer !
To bring fun and science investigation together, this is the surprising recipe of the NGO Objectif Sciences International.
The projects are real scientific researches which can take the world one step further on the way to sustainability! Like every science project, they are built on an initial question, a protocole of research, experiments and analyses of the results which will be, in the end, showed and explained in a conference or an exhibition.
These science projects could not make it without speleology, rock-climbing or horse-riding : sport is what will help you for the experiments. The younger ones will also have times in the day completely dedicated to sports, handcraft or other non scientific activities.
